I had to search to find this. Can an admin/mod make it a sticky?

Probably just a coincidence, unless you downloaded oscam from some strange place and it has a virus in it. More likely a virus on your windowz xp. ;) You should be able to look at your router 's status and somewhere it should show which ports are open...
Sent from my KFTT using Forum Fiend v1.3.3.

Did you follow the guide(s) masterG sent you? Maybe you should outline what steps you did and someone can spot what is wrong.

I am not familiar with that image, so don't know where (or even if possible??) but try disabling CEC for HDMI.
-
In your tvheadend config, "Camd.socket Filename / IP Address (TCP mode):" Should be the ip address of your oscam server (or 127.0.0.1 if it is on the same machine)
You don't need to use the camd socket anymore. -
Yes still some problems with dvbapi and audio on some channels. It is being worked on.

Ext2Fsd (windows driver to read ext2/3 formatted usb flash/hdd drives) With limited ext4 support.

With these devices, the fewer connections (plugs, switches, circuit breakers, etc) the better. Even if they are turned on. While electrical power isn't much affected, high frequency signals get a little degraded each time they pass through a physical wire change. (just like the coax cable from your LNB to your dish - the fewer the connections the better...)
Also the better grounded your electrical system is, the better... -
Not sure if this helps, but I had this happen on my alien2 when the tuner kernel module did not load. In that case, enigma2 did not see any tuners, so it automatically removed them from the setup. Maybe you can look at system info and see if the tuners are recognized?? Not sure on your image how to look at the boot logs??? Did you try to completely switch off and pull the plug and wait a minute before reconnecting and turning on?

-sh: oscam2: not found
root@dm800se:/media/hdd/test# ./oscam2

root@dm800se:/media/hdd/test# cat /etc/issueopenpli 4 \n \l
root@dm800se:/media/hdd/test#
root@dm800se:/media/hdd/test# uname -a
Linux dm800se 3.2-dm800se #1 SMP Mon Feb 16 10:01:50 CET 2015 mips GNU/Linux
root@dm800se:/media/hdd/test# sh oscam2
oscam2: line 1: syntax error: unexpected "("
root@dm800se:/media/hdd/test#
Maybe try this file. -
No I haven't created a swap file. What is the purpose of it and How do I go about doing that? Like I said I'm a noob and still finding my way
Sent from my E6653 using Tapatalk
A swapfile is like a windows pagefile (virtual memory.) Basically, it extends the amount of memory (RAM) for your system by "swapping" programs/code that aren't currently being used to the "swapfile" to free up memory. When you use the program/code, it "swaps" it back into real memory so it can be used. This is all done automatically in the background for you.
Sorry, I am not sure with those images how to create/add a swapfile - but I am sure there are instructions on this board somewhere for it...The plugin cazuela recommends helps to "extend" the amount of storage (flash memory) your box has by moving somethings to a usb flash drive (or hard drive?)
So it depends what vu box you have and whether you are running out of RAM or flash storage...
(or it may just be the flakey TS panel plugin causing problems...) -
This works well for windows.

Have you looked at the tutorials in this section? Have you gone to Menu > setup > service searching > Tuner configuration > and entered your lat/long etc?
Does your LG actually tune some FTA channels (ie is the motor/dish aligned properly?)
What image is installed now? (So not sure if changing would help...) -

not at all, I am running only linux machines. I just tried to run oscam inside the DM800SE and thats the result. If I open the oscam it starts with /bin/sh
Any idea what causing this, now I am testing on openpli4looks like issue with the image
root@dm800se:/usr/bin# ls -la oscam
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 760983 Nov 8 16:11 oscam
root@dm800se:/usr/bin# oscam
-sh: oscam: not found
root@dm800se:/usr/bin# ./oscam
-sh: ./oscam: not found
Very sorry, I did not notice the files given to me were self extracting gzip archives. Here are the extracted binaries. -

In the streamrelay versiosn the 2 audio channel´s are "open"...
In the no stream relay version the "English" audio not works...
It´s a problem of the oscam-emu version? Or a problem with me?
Thanks!!
Yes, still some problems with multiple audio tracks on some channels - it is being worked on.- - - Updated - - -
/bin/sh^M: bad interpreter:
on the latest openATV on DM800se for both oe2.0 and Pli
That is a problem with a script. Are you using a script to start oscam? Did you edit the script on a windows machine? -
What plugins do you have installed (if any) TS Panel??
Do you have a hard drive? If so, can you look for a crashlog in /media/hdd and post? -
I am not interested in buying, but I am curios to know if you tried the latest oscam-emu on it with powervu encrypted channels? It should work, but not sure with all clones...
Could be a selling point if it does. :) (BTW - the vu+ does not work yet...) -
No need to apologize, there are so many different boxes/image combinations it is quite confusing. For your config I think the mips oe2 should work. I posted the latest version here:http://linuxsat-support.com/showthread.php?t=96574&p=309966&viewfull=1#post309966

DHCP or static should not make a difference once they receive IP addresses and are operating. How far away from each other are they? Do you have some fridge or other big equipment on same circuit as the adapters. Certainly they work best if they are on the same circuit, but I understand it is not always possible.
This link shows it is a common problem: http://superuser.com/questions…pters-randomly-disconnect
