When I used the channel_swap file then ITV England Borders HD was correctly allocated to 103, but it has no icon, whereas when it was at 803 the ITV HD icon was present. Icon as displayed in the info bar, EPG etc.

Found the only way of achieving this was via the channel_swap feature. Successfully swapped 103 and 803, so now channel 103 is my local ITV HD. The only remaining issue is that although the channel swapped, for some reason the icon didn't. Trivial issue, but if anyone has any ideas . . . . .

I am trying to set up my Vu+ Solo2 OBH 4.2 to have the same channel numbers as my Sly HD box. Everything is fine except I cannot find a setup option that puts my local ITV channel in HD onto 103. None of the menu options work. 103 is always local (Borders England) ITV in SD. I have found the HD channel, which has been placed in the "International" section - currently 803, but I cannot find how (on the box) to swap them. Any help would be most appreciated.

The whole point of switching to oscam was for afn, so running without afn reader is pointless - might as well go back to cccam. Also fault only shown up twice in three days means I would need to run for a very long time (without afn) to decide whether the problem had gone. Is this "little bug" fixed in any future releases of oscam-emu (I am currently on 11392)?

No I did not check that oscam was still running, but I did restart it. Yes I have a reader for AFN - which doesn't need a share, so that is why I tried afn but nothing. For all the world it is as if there is something like a "memory leak" which is not released even with a restart??

I run oscam-emu 11392 on OpenBH4.1 and have had a very strange failure twice in the past three days. I was watching a channel using a share that suddenly stopped, other channels on the same share worked fine. Restarted cam - now all shared channels lost. Checked PV channels - all stopped opening! Restart GUI - still nothings opens. Do a complete power-cycle, still nothing open. To get channels back the only solution (that I have found) is to reload the most recent backup image.

Am I alone withe this issue? Any idea what the problem is? Any idea what the solution might be?

    Thanks.

I have both AFN and BISS working on oscam-emu 11392 using @joeuser's mods to oscam.server. While I am happy with this I note that oscam-emu has moved on to 11394 or even 11395. My question is whether these provide any advantage over what I currently have? Any updated user experience would be welcome.

joeuser - thank you so much! I don't profess to understand the parameters used with oscam, but your example brought back AFN and BISS in oscam-emu 11392 on my Vu+ Solo2 OpenBH system. Happt days!

Unfortunately doesn't work for me: Vu+ Solo2 OpenBH 4.1 oscam-emu 11392. Those lines open AFN fine, but other (BISS) stations no longer open. I have tried a couple of tweaks, but still can't open both AFN and BISS.

If anyone with oscam-emu 11392 with or without OpenBH4.1 opening both BISS and AFN, I would value a copy of your two readers in oscam.server.

Newbie to OSCAM here. I've been enjoying AFN for the past couple of week. Have rescanned and got the channels back, but exactly what do I need to change in SoftCam.Key to get them to open again. I have found the old entries (Group 0x9E - P 00090001 - 0009000B) but exactly what do I need to change. Any help would be most welcome.

I have a working Open BH 1.0 image which successfully gets BISS channels using Oscam 11391 on my Solo2. I have been ages, but at last succeeded in getting PV channels on Open BH 4.1 using oscam-emu 11392, however using the exact same SoftCam.Key files the BISS channels don't open in OBH 4.1. What must I have deleted out of which oscam file?? Please help while I still have some hair left.

Having installed the latest oscam (as directed), I still fail to open a specific feed. The log shows:-

I Inserted two lines (00 and 01) in the softcam.keys file BISS section using the F 70C0 . . . . from the above example, along with what I am assured is the current key. I inserted nothing into constant.cw - but the channels (there are four of them) don't open.

    What am I missing?
