    Hi Everyone

Anyone know why I am getting this below in oscam web info? and is there a fix for it? The reason I ask is my CCcam and Oscam keep crashing a few times per day now so im just trying to sort anything that doesn't look right.

    Hi Everyone

Is there a way to block a specific I.P. address from trying to conect to your server. I am trying to find out why my cccam is stoping then restarting a couple of times a day. I have noticed in my /tmp/warnings file that there are 3 static ip addresses hammering me. Any info would be much appreciated,

    Regards

Sorted it Ten. Used the cmd sudo dhclient and that enabled the network. Reinstalled Network Manager applet and rebooted. Network Manager back and able to enter static ip the easy way!!

    Hi Ten

No dhcp entry in there. I just net to enable an internet conection through a terminal command and I will be able to reinstall it them. Any idea what command I can use please?

    Regards

Here is one for you. I have used the ubuntu automated install file numerous times with no problems. I have just reinstalled with it and it has removed Network Manager. I did it the first time and it removed it and I thought it must have been a glitch but no I have just reinstalled and it has defo removed it. Any ideas anyone?

    Hi Everyone

When installing automated install and it reaches the part (ProFTpd configuration)where it asks you to choose either from inetd or standalone what is the best to choose?

    Thanks

    Hi Ten

After monitoring thing for a few days the only thing I can find in the log files is

    CCcam.x86 is still OK!
    Couldn't find CCcam.x86 running. Restarting server-binary
    Mon Apr 30 18:05:01 BST 2012

There is info in the cccan.log at the same time but it just says it is starting cccam and no reason why it stopped.
