Can you upload an image of it (try finding it on google images)?
Is it a clone (some images will not work on clone receivers)?
A good indication of a clone is the price you paid.

Vix don't officially support this receiver.
Might be better off looking for a team that does (openATV, Italysat, hdfreaks, opendroid) . -
Is been done in italy in the last few weeks.
Rumors are Germany is on the cards in the next few months then UK. -
This problem exists on other blackhole 3.0.1 backup images also:

Don't really think it has anything to do with the backup creator, more likely a bug in the original image. -
Old threads but they may help (I use ubuntu myself):

It's an old link.
OpenATV is now on 5.1
To get the latest, click in the "Image/Firmware" button on the navbar at the top of the page.
Scroll down to OpenATV and select your brand/model. -

I hope whoever sold you it didn't charge you a solo2 price.
If so, I'd be talking to them about a return/refund. -
Been a while since I done it (only going from memory which may be sketchy, have sold my wetek a while ago)
Firstly you have to create a path/location to read the image to.
I think you press the folder icon on win32 disk imagerThen navigate to a location on your pc to where you want to save it (you will also have to assign it a name in that location )
Hit the "read" button
It should create the backup then. -
Vu solo2 se is a clone.
You won't find any images for it on this site due to sponsorship agreements.
Genuine vu receivers only supported here. -
Sorry to be giving baby steps here but firstly you'll have to power down wetek.
Remove the sd card and insert it into your pc with win32 disk imager on it.
It should then detect your card (all going well).
This is a good tutorial on how to back up your sd card's image using win32 disk imager:
Remember, what ever size your sd card is at the moment, you'll have to write your backup to an equally sized or sometimes larger sd card (I think it has something to do with the way it is partitioned on the card). -
Firstly, check that both your satellite feeds and tuners are working/setup properly.
I don't know for sure if mgcamd can decode 2 streams simultaneously (don't use it myself)
Oscam can but you may have a different issue.
Your service provider may not allow recording of one channel while watching another (double logon)
Your probably going to have to get on to him for clarification.
I'm going to close this thread due to a violation of the rules, (rule 2 in particular).
You can find the full set of rules here:

You can use win32 disk imager to copy your whole sd card to another:
http://linuxsat-support.com/showthread.php?t=86075
http://linuxsat-support.com/showthread.php?t=100119
Or you can backup your openelec settings and ftp them to your new wetek and restore them on to it:

Could be a number of things.
Have you a lot of plugins installed?
Where is your epg set to download? (usb/hdd is always best, internal flash should be avoided as it will fill it up over a short time and create the issue your experiencing)
Is your memory full?
Try cazuela's remedy on post #11 here before you flash a new image (old post but worth a shot):
http://linuxsat-support.com/showthread.php?t=16676&page=2 -
What emu are you using? (cccam 2.3.0 will let you watch and record 2 premium channels on the newer kernel images, 2.2.1 may also but 2.1.3 and below won't as far as I know. Oscam should be fine.)
When you say "service" do you mean payserver? -
-
Is your duo a genuine vu receiver?
If not, you may need a clone safe image for it.
If it is a clone, you won't find any images for it on this site (due to sponsorship agreements) -

Add your boot logo's, convert to .mvi and send to your receiver (insert your receiver's details)
