You could upgrade to a newer version using the vix feeds (I presume your running vix from your profile)
Or alternatively, you could install our addons panel and install oscam from there:
If it is only a share/line you have, you could use this handy tool to convert it into a reader (which goes into oscam.server file)

Silly question but have you your tuners setup?
Was it a backup image you flashed?
Make sure your tuner is setup.
Menu-service searching-tuner configuration.
Select which tuner your using (depending on weather your satellite cable is going into lnb1/tuner1 or lnb2/tuner2 on receiver)
Scroll down and select which satellite your dish is pointed to. (if you only have a fixed dish)
Green to save (i think) and exit then scroll to automatic scan and you should pickup some channels.
Motorised setup is a bit different.

For all interested, this requires the ability to receive either nilesat 7°w or Es'hailSat 25.5° E
Also, this card cannot be shared (was the case when I purchased it, don't think anything has changed in this regard) so you'll have to use official receiver (included).

Depending on the list you have installed, there is normally a satellite header/separator which will identify the bouquets (channel lists) within that satellite location. As you scroll down the channel lists, you will see this.
You will also be able to view/re-arrange these lists easily using dreambox edit.
Dreamset is also another channel editor.

You could try a different version of oscam (I don't own an a3 but have read that oscam was problematic on them).

Is dhcp enabled in the network configuration on your lx?
Probably need to post configs and oscam log to see what's exactly happening.
Hash out any sensitive stuff
You can do this by going into recordings then by pressing menu on remote, there should be an option to delete what's highlighted)
Or alternatively, you could ftp the receiver (dcc/filezilla/winscp) and look in hdd and delete what you desire)
