Do you have a subscription or a share and do you intend to use the pc to view the channels or just to act as a server for other receivers?

Have you opened ports on your router to enable you to share?
You need to open the cccam server listening port you use in your cccam config file, in order to share outside your network.
If you want to view your oscam webif/cccam info, outside your network, you will also have to open those webif ports as well and probably have to configure your oscam webif "http allowed" entry in your oscam config file

Ftp file over to tmp using dcc / filezilla etc.
Then, menu/addons/manually install ipk packages.
The panel should then show in plugins after reboot.
You then can install cams, channel lists etc from the plugin to your receiver.

Where are you getting these "test lines" from?
Try formatting your usb using the hp format usb tool attached.
Disconnect all usb devices and also your hdd (if installed) and try to reflash.
I'm not familiar with tvheadend.
In order to get the right support for you, post up your configs (xxx out any sensitive stuff) and maybe someone with knowledge about tvheadend will help you.

Not familiar with tvheadend but for anyone to assist you further, your probably have to show us your configs (xxx out any sensitive stuff) and maybe your log.
Does your friend allow reshare, as I'm assume your trying to use your friends share as a proxy card and trying to reshare it to tvheadend as a user account, would this be correct?
Also, you probably don't need cccam on your server to do what i assume your trying to do, oscam is capable of reading and serving it on its own.

My advice to you would be to get a subscription card yourself and start to really take part in this great hobby.

You maybe better off running oscam as an emu in your amiko.
It runs better on the e2 side of things i find.
Don't think cccam runs on a sh4 receiver properly.
