Works perfectly.

Currently using it now on edision os mini, duo2, solo2.
Fantastic plugin.

Oscam has its own config file, no need for cccam config file.
Just use the convertor for your c/n/f lines.

Audio button on remote and change it away from nar (you'll have to do it for every service though).
I normally go into language settings on receiver (menu-setup-audio&video-auto language) and change 1st selection to english and set "prefer audio track stored by service" to NO.
This is on VIX though, bh may be slightly different.

On vix image, this is achieved by the following:
Select LCD4Linux plugin from plugin menu,
Then blue button (set on)
And scroll down to clock or clock 2 , (clock one, top right of screen, clock 2, bottom center) and arrow across to activate it on your desired screen.
You'll then see a number of settings to do with size, position, alignment, color, font etc. Adjust according to your preference.
Green to save, yellow to restart display.
Job done.
I would think ATV is very similar

A good explanation here, if you haven't seen it already.
Not sure though if things have changed since this tutorial was penned.

Is your tv a 3d tv?
3d may be accidentally turned on.
Only guessing though.

Give this one a try.

Which image are you using and what are the errors encountered?
I don't have a 4k / arm receiver so I'll be of little help I'm afraid.

I'm not familiar with dm's or their clone, but I do have an ipk for that wifi stick (attached), no .deb version though.
