Try the attached .rar file.
Extract it out, open up the 102e folder and you'll see the erom upgrade folder and original .abs firmware.
Open up the erom folder and start the application, then select the original .abs file from the browse button in the erom tool.
I use a null modem rs232 cable to connect to the stb as i don't think a straight through rs232 cable works (open to correction)

As jenseneverest has stated, most enigma2 linux receivers will accommodate this for you (timeshift).
If you need to record a channel while watching another, a twin tuner receiver is your answer.
There is a world of plugins and addons available for these receivers and a huge variety are posted on here.

It has been saved as a user database file.
As far as i know, this type of file is saved over a firmware file to incorporate your channel list into your firmware.
Here's a tutorial i found on the net but (as with everything else in this hobby) do so at your own risk.

Go to Menu/tools/network local settings
Press red button, if new screen appears, most likely your firmware is patched.

An emu (emulator) is a software version of a cam(conditional access module)
It allows you to read cards without a physical cam.
It also allows you to use your receiver as a client box (shares)

Are you running a card in the receiver?
If not, just change to cccam 2.3.0 or oscam.
It may sort out your problem.
It could also be down to where you get your share from (they may not permit double logins)

I think BT can be got independent of sly and it has Motogp , or set4nta (which will also give bt if in roi. It did last year)

Try a reboot, then have a look or run it again.

@ teetotal, Film 4 hd is unabled to be shared.
The only way to view it on 0963 card is to use official equipment but you probably realise in doing this, you will loose the ability to share your card.

I would check the "cron daily" since it is a daily reboot/update you want to edit/remove.
The script may have been modified since the op posted on how to edit the crontab.
