It's a cron job as part of the script.
Have a look here about editing it (post #20):

can help me anybody how to put nline in ariva 202E
Have a read here:
http://linuxsat-support.com/showthread.php?t=19244
Although the model is different, the procedure is the same.
Make sure you have a patched firmware installed first though.
You can find them here: (Make sure it is the right firmware for your model as the firmware are model specific)

There is a way to run two satellite feeds down the one cable, called a stacker / de-stacker unit
It is a bit expensive and normally used if the cost / accessibility of running a second cable is high / extremely difficult.
Its explained here in more detail:Quote -
Have a look here (for MX2):
QuoteFirmware only though.
Also, an old e-mail I had on setting up the repos:
QuoteDisplay MoreTo add source
SYSTEM -FILE MANAGER-ADD SOURCE-ENTER URL-GIVE NAME- PRESS OK
3 main sources http://srp.nuhttp://fusion.xbmchub.comhttp://xfinity.xunitytalk.comTo install source
SYSTEM-SETTINGS-INSTALL FROM ZIP-SELECT SOURCE –SELECT REPO ZIP FILE
To enable addsons from repos installed
SYSTEM-SETTINGS-GET ADDON-SELECT REPO-SELECT CATEGORY(VIDEO/MUSIC ETC)-SELECT ADDON-PRESS INSTALL
Once addon enabled it goes to which every category it was under

Was dealing with xbmc gotham then though.

This one looks very promising although i don't have one (yet!).
A true mips receiver which vix also support.
Within your budget.
Vix image is probably the easiest to set up and normally runs very stable.

Probably would be useful if we had a little bit mor info to be honest.
Is it solely for satellite or would she like terrestrial stations also?
What does the budget stretch to?
What type of internet (speed wise / if any) does she have as this is a must have, if you intend on sharing.
Does she like recording a bit (twin tuner or single)
Better off to cover all bases as then your purchase will meet all your (your mother's) needs. -
Intro first please.

Then maybe the rules:

Not here, I'd suggest you read the rules again.

Just add your users in oscam user file.
A handy tool to convert your f-lines to oscam user config:
http://linuxsat-support.com/showthread.php?t=2569
Delete your cccam configs after updating your user file.
Might be better to also delete cccam binary if your going oscam only as it is not required now.
Backup everything before you delete though as you can put it back if something goes wrong. This tool will also convert your server shares (c/n lines) to add to your reader file.
-
Intro first please as per forum rules.
Then have a look at this line as regards your webif:Quotehttpallowed = 127.0.0.1,192.168.0.0-192.168.0.90
This will have to be changed as your ip is outside this parameter (192.168.0.109) or you could also set your ip to something within this range. -

I have had a play with one of these and liked it a lot :
http://www.world-of-satellite.…Interstar-Xpeed-LX2-ComboQuoteI am after a box for my sister in law for less than £150.
This looks very promising and is vix supported (although i don't have one myself):

Vu mini duo?
Think it's a clone to be honest.
You may have bricked it if you tried genuine software.
I'm afraid we don't support cloned vu receivers due to sponsorship agreement. -
An intro would be a good start, as per forum rules:
http://linuxsat-support.com/forumdisplay.php?f=2
Then have a look here for patched firmware for your model:
http://linuxsat-support.com/forumdisplay.php?f=401.
The ariva 150 doesn't really have cfg file, only patched firmware which include emulators.
You can enter your details via remote, usb or browser (using ip of receiver.) -

I'll just go ahead and shop around and order a Vu+ Solo SE. Just need to make sure it's a genuine one as I've seen a lot of the clone boxes around.
Have a look at our sponsor:
http://www.world-of-satellite.co.uk/VU
Guaranteed 100% original and fantastic service. -
The cinch connectors should do the same as scart, they should be able to connect to rf modulator.
Just a matter of picking up a cable for cinch to your modulator. -
Solo: cpu is 333mhz, 256 mb ram, 128 mb flash.
Solo se : cpu dual core 1300mhz, 1024mb ram, 256 mb flash.
Between the two, no brainer really, solo se for sure.
