sayidc0der - there is a search bar at the top right. You can learn much by seeking the answers that are already out there. There is a link to the cardsharing tutorials on this thread. You need to understand the basics.

The above might help. Learn to run before you can walk, and appreciate that we don't spoonfeed here, as I have already said. It is up to you to learn, all we can do is help point you in the right direction. It still seems that you are not really making the effort to do some reading yourself, and without you doing this, then you won't really get yourself going.

Piekos285 did you notice that thatfellow has asked you a question? You have made no reference to it or any attempt to answer it. As he said, we just want to know the who's and why's behind your setup. Thanks.

Depends - if you are referring to IPTV plugins then as far as I can see there is nothing implemented here for recording, timeshifting etc, but from memory there is an option to save the streams to the HDD on 1channel plugin

Don't understand you saying that CCcam worked with Ten Below's backup image apart from display problems (if you can elaborate on this it might help) the first time, but not the second time. Nothing changes with the image inbetween the two installations, so if it worked the first time, then unless you are doing something different it should work the second time.
Unless you are running server (if you are just a client with a cline) - you don't need to fix the IP address and forward the port. You should only forward ports to allow incoming requests to be sent to your receiver. You should not open a port unless it is needed to ensure maximum security.
I take it you have browsed to the softcam settings to enable CCcam? the CCcam.cfg file (note the two upper case C's in the filename) - should be in /etc folder.
I take it this cline works in another receiver? Have you spoken to the person who gave you the cline to see if there are any server issues??

Are you using a media player plugin to play the files? I am not too familiar with the BH image but on ViX you can go to the movie list (where your list of recorded events are) and browse the files on your drive by changing the folder, and then pressing OK to play. With the media player plugin again you browse to the files, and you can add them to the playlist.
Be aware that the playback of any movie file is dependent on the device having the appropriate codec, so if they were coded with something unsupported, then they might not play. I have had several files that don't play on my receivers that are AVI and MP4, and some that do, so the ones that don't can be converted by free apps you can find on the net.

That seems a lot of packages not working to be an issue with reception. From how you have worded it, I am getting the impression that you are using a payserver.

Please post in English for everyone's benefit - use google translate if needed.
This receiver is available for pre-order from a lot of stockists. Just look around. As always is the case when a high profile new model is released, demand will initially exceed supply, but I have seen quotes around saying that from mid July onwards this will be available, but you should not be too optimistic about these proposed dates.

Thanks for guide but i want know learing is spending time or investing
We can give you pointers, but we don't spoon feed information to people. In order to understand, you have to spend time looking at the information that is already out there, as we all have had to do. If you are not willing to do this, then this is the wrong hobby for you. As already pointed out, the information is already out there. There is no need for us to write step by step guides repeating what is already there. -
Please read the rules and provide the required photos and information.

Will the images/plugings (VU+ Solo and cloud-ibox) availaible for these boxes work with the openbox s6000hd?
Yes they will. -
Can you translate what means E2 Mips?
Do you think that the fact that the gigablue comes with only one smartreader is an relevant incovenient over others receivers ?
MIPS (mipsel) is a type of processor which was used in the original Enigma2 Dreamboxes, then the Vu+ series, and a lot of other receivers. Enigma2 was designed to work with this kind of processor. There are receivers that use a different CPU - SH4, such as the Amiko Alien2, Azbox, Qbox, etc, which use a modified version of Enigma2. SH4 receivers are usually cheaper, but are not well supported and a lot of plugins do not workI can't answer the second question because it depends on what your needs are.

Display More
I never heard about this brand but if i am not wrong it comes with a 2 dvb-s2 tuner and 1 dvb-c tuner, i am looking for a triple dvb-s2 tuner (hotbird, astra, and an other satellite).
So i presumed that the tuners are not fixed to the motherboard, and i can replace the dvb-c tuner with a dvb-s2 tuner in order to have a triple tuner dvb-s2. In this case, i would like to know if any additional tuner regardless to the brand would fit to the venton (if so, which one would you recommend me).At this stage, i can buy the gigablue quad which seems to offer more for the same price than the venton hd3 ?
Both the venton hd3 and the ultimo seems to get older compared to new generation of satelitte receiver (vu+ solo2, duo2 (to come), gigablue quad => new processor, ethernet 1go, etc.). So why would i pay such a price for this products ?
At this moment, my choice would be the gigablue quad or another receiver.
Please send me any advices since there is a lot of products on the market and i am a newcomer in this field
I would agree with you when you compare the GiGaBlue Quad with the Venton HD3, I would probably go for the GiGaBlue. From the forum sponsor the GigaBlue plus an additional tuner (to make it up to 3 tuners) would set you back £310, and the Venton with 3 DVB-S2 tuners is £300. The tuners are plug and play so you have the choice of what type of tuner. Take a closer look at the specs - Horses for courses really. The Venton HD3 has 2 smartreader slots, and can take a 3.5" HDD, where the Quad has 1 reader and room for a 2.5" drive. Yes I would choose the GiGaBlue over the Venton HD3, but if I wanted a cheap as chips E2 Mips dual tuner I would go for the Venton HD1+

blackjack21 I am surprised you got a reply to your question - as per forum etiquette and rules - first post should always be an introducion

GiGaBlue HD QUAD Linux Enigma 2 HD PVR Satellite Receiver 2x DVB-S/S2 + 2x Plug & Play Tuner Slots
You may also want to consider the GiGaBlue Quad - because the specs are good, with a faster processor than the Venton. Saying that, if you are on a budget, then the Venton range is worth a look. All 3 models that the sponsor is selling support twin tuners. The HD1+ (not to be confused with the single tuner HD1 without the + other suppliers are selling) is possibly the cheapest twin tuner mips receiver you will get your hands on, but is the smallest of the range and only supports a 2.5" HDD, one reader and one CI slot. The HD2 supports 3.5" HDD and has 2 readers and 2 CI slots, and the HD3 supports 3 Tuners. The Venton range is supported by a number of developers including ViX, and are very similar to the point where as far as I am aware, an image will work on all receivers in the range as opposed to a different image for each model
Still saying that, you do get what you pay for, and the speed and the support of the Venton range are dwarfed by the Vu+ Solo2.

Glad you got it sorted :red:
I'll close the thread now you have got the answer! -
Hi Admin
Sorry but im not being smart but i wasnt asking any question's i was i was just mearly posting what other people seem to be asking and trying to give them an answer. But the next i will introduce myselfThanks
I think he meant you should post an introduction before posting anything
This is actually not just part of the rules, it is also common courtesy...
And now you have posted twice:shocked:It isn't that difficult - honest....

try browsing to /etc/enigma2 - there should be a file called 'automounts.xml' - edit this file to set it to what it should be.
