To stop a recording, press the record button again!
Unless you change it, it will give priority to the tuner having the lowest number of channels or satellites, so if you have, like me, a motor and a fixed dish, then it should choose the fixed first, so if I am recording, from standby, I will be able to use the motorised. If you are watching a channel, and a recording starts, then it will then use the other tuner. Tuner priority can be set in setup-system-customise.

I very much doubt there is an issue with your receiver - if you have no other internet issues, then it may still well be an issue with your shares - does it happen on all encrypted channels? You say you watched boxing - if this was on boxnation then there are issues with this channel in sharing anyway.

If you are running ViX - you may rather install the cams manually rather than installing TSpanel - as there are reported issues with it.

above is the link to latest cams packs for ViX - you need to FTP into your reciever - I use WinSCP for this - or whatever client you prefer, then navigate to \var\volatile\tmp - drop the unzipped ipk in there, then on your receiver, navigate to setup-vix-install local extension, then select the package you just dropped.

Considering all negotiations must be done on the open forum rather than PM - you should post a price - of course what ever you put it is likely you might get offers below that, so there is no harm putting a price...

Carrier if I am not too late, please back up your image before installing TSPanel, as there are reports of it breaking things which would not be fixed with an uninstall, meaning you would need to reflash if you are affected. It is reported that installing TSPanel can effect the timeshift function, so be cautious. ViX did at one point have the TSPanel as a plugin in the feeds but they removed it because of the issues. IMO there isn't too much need to use TSPanel on this image, because the feeds are well maintained, and if you need to install any softcams etc then this can be done easily enough manually.

Are you sure it is actually switched on? Your router would have a firewall, and will block incoming ports unless you forward them to the IP address of a machine inside your LAN

AutoTimer imo works better than series link, as you can select various flags and options, limit the amount of recordings for each entry, choose the time and channel range etc etc - If you use the ViX image, each entry can be set up with a long green button press from the EPG. I have raved about this function for ages, I am surprised you haven't noticed:lol:

As I said, it is important we protect our members from scammers, and it would take all of 5 minutes to take and upload photos.

My drive is a CIFS share, and it doesn't have a username and password - leave these blank.

for the local share name - just call it what you want it to be called on the receiver
for the server share - the name of the folder on the network drive you want to share

If there is a Network Browser option on the BH image (like there is in ViX) then you should be able to locate the share and it will set most of it up. CIFS is a Microsoft Windows share protocol and is quite common on NAS drives, so would not be surprised if it is CIFS, if you are unsure then try it.

Should be ok to revert back, but you shouldn't have a problem, back up any CCcam/oscam etc configs, and reflash to the latest version of ViX - don't back up your settings from the old version and try to apply to the new as it will break things!

Firstly, pull out any devices, USB sticks, external drives etc, and the ethernet cable - then do another boot, and see if that does the job. If not, you can try to log in to the receiver via winscp and grab a recent backup (take it you back up your image every now and again? If not it is good practice to do so!) - if you can log in, then at least you can save some of your configs, and reflash with the latest image.
