Try going to softcam Centre and restarting the oscam emu.
It's not complicated you put your cline info in the server file ftp it to the keys folder sometimes in var/keys sometimes in usr/keys depending on the image your using. Then restart the oscam emu from the decoder.

I hope you have this sorted out. If not once you have the plugin installed, download an FTP application like filezilla,
Log in into it with:
1 - Box IP address # To find it
press Menu,
then System,
then Net setting,
then IP config# where you can read the IP if the box is connected to the Internet2 - iN FTP app, enter, IP, root, and root-passwd.
Once you are logged in, clip on
Var /keys/ # add your cline in there as usual C: xxxx.dyndns.xxx port user passwd
3 - Go into tutbox/config/oscam.server/ # and edit the context to suit your Cline and save and reeboot the box
