If you look in the oscam section you will find a program called CCCam2oscam.
That will convert your c line to one that can be used in OSCam.

Try going to softcam Centre and restarting the oscam emu.
It's not complicated you put your cline info in the server file ftp it to the keys folder sometimes in var/keys sometimes in usr/keys depending on the image your using. Then restart the oscam emu from the decoder.
