Yes Username is root, password is pkteam. No wonder you cant access it!! Now take a make up of the image and put the USB/SATA one onto hard drive or USB like I said, the difference is tremendous!! You know what to do to install to HDD?

Nand is for Nand but the USB SATA one is for either of them I assume its the way its programmed as it looks towards the right code, unsure to be honest, but I use the appropriate one for its destination.

Elmoemo, like I said in the message Nebula Zero v2 is best for you for now. Has your box been modded to Enigma 2? way to find out is open the box and see if there are wires crisscrossing the board. If so you need to choose the right way of booting. As Musogeek has said you need to get the right boot on first. Follow the two sets of instructions and shout if you get stuck, someone will help you. As for Crossepg, its already installed with Nebula Zero v2 as are a number of other plugins available.

cheers i know nothing about the box and if there back up and it has all installed already from dealer what do i need to reinstall and would it interfear with oscam thats installed
What image are you running? You would need to follow some instructions first. If its the one with the skeleton its Nebula Zero v2 if its the Golden Globe its Hyperion. Can I make a suggestion?, once you have loaded it into Nand do the same onto either USB or hard drive. The reason for this is because its faster and more responsive from them and you can add SWAP memory in, to increase the memory it has for running it. Let me know which and will try and guide youEDIT
to create a back you need to have the box running first so you are going to have a steep learning curve and do some reading, but we should be able to help so dont panic!!

You not got a backup of the box? It takes 5 minutes to install and you are back up and running. Otherwise you may need to reinstall if you cannot reset the refresh rate

The latest Mediaportal version 4.6 removes Primewire and other Movie channels like Movie25 and Movie 4k, just thought people should know

There was a post that suggested changing the refresh rate on the TV itself to 25Mhz. Have you tried that? I must admit a mate had this issue and gave up and got a new Venton HD2 box. I think I would do the same.

Use Blue Panel, Mount manager and choose your hard drive and then mount it. If you ever have to remount in future just follow the same procedure. I would expect that eventually you will get around to running it from USB or Hard drive as its quicker and you can increase the memory by installing a SWAP partition on the drive.

Update - Mediaportal works after the update. 1channel is known as Primewire. Tried a few films and they work on my Nbox5800sx running Hyperion v1 image from HDD

Shok2tuk have just loaded Mediaportal plugin and that seemed to work but need to try more but will try your suggestion in a bit.

Silly question this but am new to MediaPortal and wondered how I navigate to the Menu or Help keys from the Remote? I can get around the lists with the left/right/up/down keys around the OK button. Could anyone advise please?

Esguk some of the stuff does work on TSmedia but its hit and miss and not many working links. I found Billionuploads did work for one or two films. Thanks for trying Musogeek. I read somewhere that the URLlist has been removed because if the links didnt work it crashed the box. I will try Mediaportal later, which version as I read of problems with 4.4.2?. I should say that Icefilms did work with some.
I have a mate running a Venton HD2 box which is full MIPs and Enigma2 and his has the Vix image on. He says his works but am not sure why as its only the streams not working.

Does anyone know if the firewall of a router would stop my access to the 1channel servers for streaming movies? Mine says Block all Incoming Traffic but am not sure what IP ranges I should have to allow access. I can see in the log that there has been intrusions as below, but I dont understand what they are telling me and what to do to overcome it.

Could anyone tell me what the updates are in TSmedia that is accessed from the Updates Option and the press Library. There is about 11 and they refer to Python, Lib and Gst. Also when I press OPKG Update it just says Cannot connect to Remote Host. Any ideas anyone. Switched to this thread as it seems to be specific for TSmedia which I am having problems with on the 1channel plugin attached into it.

spoke to soon. Tried the plugins download and it shows the lists but when I choose Standalone 1channel it says cannot connect to host. Am unsure why this but would appreciate any help I can get. Tried using telnet on the box to run OPKG update but again it said could not connect to the host.
