why don't you try open vix image has autobouquets built in for cable and sat
-
so are you saying tvheadend also does not really need to have password changed as link i posted says it can be accessed for my outside my own network
-
i got it setup and using for 28.2e and was wondering for pvr is tvheadend htsp best to use or something else. also does tvheadend need to be secured by using a password or not. i tried to do once but failed using this site as a guide
what i did was added new user with name and password gave it admn and webinterface rights ip was set to 192.168.0.0/24. then i added password and username to tvheadend htsp settings plus ip address of wetek play. but then tvheadend htsp would not start and i could not login off pc. i used wincsp to login and deleted my added user and was back to normal

I've got 1 still setting up but far as I know it has newcamd and osram support. Channel list and epg work using tvheadend. 28.2 channels sorted themselves just need to change regional

does it work on oe1.6 or only oe2.0

old pure areas are not listed you just select first available, i have it if working using an old pli image, trial tuner has a qam256 bug only can use version 1.0.3

It's very easy to setup FTP as I have it done and pointing to all the different channel files for C/S and T
all may firmware's work the same as the Lavatonics but with one difference
their all upto date...heheThe one's on the Lavatronic's server are a bit behind
We keep an eye on KOS and update as it changes because we use Dropbox we can upload new list from anywhere
Also FTP runs from my mobile phone with DNS it's always changingi take it your ftp is for private use only ?
is there any way to edit channels on pc ?
are you using uk cable ? -
just done a sunray sr4 backup of open pli 2.1 cables.xml is different to the one i use as mine only has frequencies that work in my area. wierd thing after backing up service scan would not pick up anything but cablescan said failed but i had all my channels. cablescan has never worked for me before the tuners are temperamental on these boxes
