I noticed in your first post that you have a quad LNB connected to your dish,have you checked that you get the same result from all 4 outputs on it???
If you have two separate cables coming in from the LNB then try this on your tuner config: ( I am using 28.2E as a example)
Tuner A
Configuration mode: Simple
Mode : Single
Satellite : 28 east
Send Diseqc: yes
Tuner B
Configuration mode: Simple
Mode : Single
Satellite : 28 east
Send Diseqc: yes

Ok, just had another go at it! In settings if you goto season and keep pressing the left arrow button on remote you will see the 2012-2013 even 2014! available.
Just double checked my own there and it is exactly the same as yours. Perhaps we need to wait for the author to update the plugin with a new version or another data update before the 2012-2013 stats will be available,considering it is only the 5th of January I think we should give him a chance on this one,lol

There should be buddy, long press of the blue button on your remote,then scroll down,you should see PIP.
Have you tried updating the "Data" ??? When you open Live Football if you look at the bottom right hand corner you will see a icon for "About & Update" in here you have the option to update the addon or Data if a update is available,i see now that Data update 1.4 is available,press the green button for this to start.

Have you got TS panel installed on your image,this makes it very easy for you to install addons/plugins that are compatible with the Vix image.
I have attached it for you,install this onto your duo and then go to the addons section,in here you will find different servers with plugin sections that will have the Live Football addon.

I would doubt you will find a cure for this,if you are recording a channel that is using CCcam and then change to a channel that requires CI the recording will stop as the card reader will have now been turned off,this happens when you use the CI slots.In effect you are turning off the card reader via your CCcam cfg which is de-activated once you select CI.

Today I had a friend who's duo was having exactly the same problem as your own bud,tried everything with it from allowing unstable updates and trying the telnet update method as suggested by masterG,kept saying the same thing eveytime.
I tried the update on my own and it worked no probs at all,in the end I just took a image backup from that and flashed it onto my friends box.
Not exactly sure at the min what the problem is,if I find a answer I will update this post.
FTP is File Transfer Protocol bud,filezilla is one program which will do this for you.
DCC is Dreambox Control Centre,which is better as it has ftp and telnet built into it,have a look here:

Just tried it there on the Ultimo bud,worked no problem,all I have disabled in the BH Speed up menu is HBBTV/Vuplusevent/3g Modem manager & Remote control code.
Not sure whether anything apart from HBBTV would make a difference,but up to 1.7.9 without being able to disable that feature I would have had from time to time green screens just in general use of the image,since the BH speed up has been added and I have been able to disable it I have had no problems whatsoever.
Ok buddy, first of all remove any plugins that you don't use, second thing I would do if you haven't already is create a swap file.

Ok,the CCcam.cfg file which is in the "etc" folder is where you need to place your cline,just copy and paste it into it ,use a program like notepad++ to edit the CCcam.cfg file.
Next stage is to read more tutorials buddy, it's all here.Just takes a lot of patience.
