Might be worth contacting Orange directly,i bought a iphone4 s a while ago,was locked on Vodafone.They unlocked it for me FOC,it's usually £19 but when I frirst contacted them they said it wasn't one of their handsets,but after me explaining to the guy that it must be as it is locked to Vodafone he just asked me for the imei number,he got back a day later via email to say it would be unlocked within 72 hours,just connect it to iTunes once I had received a confirmation email,got that the next day.Unlocked no probs.

If you are using cccam alone and you already have a card working then you will need to add another line for a second reader,to be able for cccam to read two cards.

i.e

SMARTCARD CLOCK FREQUENCY : /dev/sci0 3430000
SMARTCARD CLOCK FREQUENCY : /dev/sci1 3430000

What cam have you got have you got installed on your ultimo??? is it cccam alone or cccam+oscam???

The only way to eliminate out a tuner problem is to flash on a different image,Blackhole for example,if the same problem happens then it could well be a faulty tuner.

I have used that vix image myself on the solo clone and it never gave any problems,but if another image cures the problem and you like Vix it would be worth trying it again in case it was a bad flash first time round.

You can access your recordings by pressing the button beside the menu button on your remote,it's a R with 3 small lines beside it.

As this thread was originally about screen alignment I am going to close it now,if you have any other settings you need help with please start a new thread for each problem you come across,this is for the benefit of all members,it also helps when using the searchbar,having individual threads for each problem makes it easier to find the solution.

Hello bud,

Goto main menu,then setup,in here you will see "Recording Paths" select this and you can set your defaults.

To adjust the screen size,Press Menu,then Setup,then System,select OSD,then select OSD Position setup.

You don't need a thread to learn how to backup your image bud, with Vix just goto main menu,then select ViX,then backup manager.Blackhole has a backup facility installed in it too,or you can download a plugin to your box which will also do the job.

The space can be a bit tricky to work out,HD recordings will use up more space that SD ones.

The best option here is to buy as big a HDD as you can afford buddy.I have used Seagate/western digital & Hitachi in all my boxes with no problems at all.

To stop these unwanted log on attemps you could change your dns host name,just make you sure you inform your good peers of the changes.

Those settings look ok,there has been reports before of the HDMI connection stopping working on some clones,but a reboot usually solves this,have you tried re-starting the box?

Have a look at this,if you fancy reflashing the box again this is a backup I made of mine.

Have you checked the obvious bud and pushed the audio button on the remote,what settings are showing when you do??

As mrgmx says it depends what you have available to you,ihave a motorised and static dish,so on Duo my Tuner A is set to advanced to be able to move the dish and lock onto different sats,Tuner B is set to simple,and then single is selected,and this is set to 28.2 E,i used to have two feeds coming from the motorised dish,so Tuner B was set to second cable from motor.
