Hi mate, i have used one for a while and the best way i found was just unplug it for a while, i would have to say it's not the best box out there, i recently got a minix, which is far better for xbmc use, i bit more expensive though.

Thanks for your reply, i think it was basically as you alluded to a crappy router, i went back to my plusnet router and it's been fine since, i think i will leave well alone, but thanks for the offer.

Hi, as i was going away for a few days i set my boxes to record some progs, i got home today and noticed last nights recordings didn't record, checked my boxes and they showed no connection to the router, the router is a linksys x1000, it was fine the first two nights as recordings were ok, this is the second time this has happened, any ideas were i'm going wrong?

I was searching linuxsat supp add when i accidentally downloaded something on my vusolo2 with vix image, as i'm still getting to grips with linux boxes i'm not sure what it was, i now have a small image of the channel on the left hand side of the on screen info when you press the ok button and on the epg on the left, i quite like it but don't know what it was, what was it?:67:

I did try that, it says i haven't set something up, it took me long enough to do the other way.

I have reflashed my box and removed most plugins but it still crashes, the latest was when i press green to download plugins, somethings not right at the moment.

Cheers for that, i managed to get the log on there:78: i was told it was a problem with plugins, ts media was one of them, was i just unlucky with those downloads? or can that happen?

Hi, i need to attach a crash log to the vix team as my box keeps crashing, i want to get that log on my computer to send, i can see the log in the dcc but don't know how to put it on my laptop, still learning:59: can anyone advise? i should add that it's a vusolo2 box using the latest vix apollo image.

Hi, i've used vhannibal channel lists for some time without a problem, until yesterday when i tried to update it and it wouldn't work using dreamset, i press transfer and then write, it starts transferring but then comes up failed, what am i doing wrong?

Hi, i need some advise about what the box temperature should be, as the fan seems to be on most of the time, should that be happening? i am using the latest apollo image, the temperature on the box is 32c at the moment, and the fan rpm is set to 5040, are those figures what they should be?
