open notepad++
then in the top left corner click on file . then select OPEN . then browse your laptop for the file in question , when you find it double click on it and it should open . add the info you need to add to it . click on file again , this time click on SAVE . all you have to do now is send the xml and plugin files into your box . if the files are already in thast ok , just send the edited xml in and it should overwrite the old unedited one .
hi cazuela i just saw your post . with all due respect very clearly i NEVER asked for ANY SUPPORT for a clone from that poster , in fact i never asked him for support of any kind , i simply asked the poster a question that i felt was or may be pertinent to issues with tsmedia plugin as tsmedia is used in many models of enigma 2 boxes .so my question was merely to highlight to the poster and to mfaraj that there is a difference in the hope that that may help mfaraj find the source of the problem with his plugin.
all my posts here in this section are regarding tsmedia plugin NOTHING MORE and not clone boxes . as it happens the issues that have occured lately which i have discussed with mfaraj here are very clearly as i have highlighted been issues with blackhole image NOT A BOX ISSUE be that box clone or genuine . mfaraj has been working on his plugin and i have been testing each version for a re occurance of the blackhole image issue and then updating mfaraj periodicly .
i thought forums like this were about helping and informing people and also about helping people in return for the help they gave you , which is what i was doing .
lastly i understand and appreciate all forums have rules , i have been mod / supermod / admin and am an admin on a forum right now , and a top poster on a selection of well known forums all be it not under the user name i use here , so i fully understand all forums have rules .
clearly my input is not wanted here , so from now on i will not be posting on this or any thread on the forum , i will neither ask questions nor attempt to assist the coders like mfaraz or regular members seeking help on this forum .
just to update tsmedia 8.3 is still working after 17 days , the blackhole problem has not re occured . so so far all working well , i havent testied 8.4 yet as i want to monitor tsmedia 8.3 for another while . thanks to mfaraj and hopefully the blackhole problem is now solved .
with this plugin when you open it it looks like there are no iptv lists listed , all you see is one line saying UPDATE HALOW LISTA . basicly select that line and press ok button on your remote (if you are using an android device , if you are using a computer just click on that line ) and then the list will update , exit the plugin and then go back in again and the iptv lists should be displayed .
i read mfaraj post above and understand but i just want to report that i installed tsmedia 8.2 today and it has failed to work already . i mean the blackhole image problem has already occured . if tsmedia 8.3 is available for download i will try it as i haven got tspanel installed .

I have been using Blackhole with TSMedia for over a year on my Solo2 and never had any issues apart from the proxy settings.Must be just lucky eh?
robo can i ask are you using a cloud solo 2 ? , the reason i ask is they are non ferrari and some people like me have ferrari and they are different .

hi guys heres the latest update regarding the blackhole image problem i have been having , the first version of tsmedia 8.0 has encountered the problem where it wont open and causes the box to stick requiring a reboot . so that version of tsmedia 8.0 worked ok for 11 days but now will no work .
mfaraj advised me to reinstall 8.0 from tools , so i will reinstall tsmedia 7.91 and then update it via tools to 8.0 and test again , usually the problem occurs around about a week after install or two weeks later max .
the more information you provide the better mate , then maybe mfaraj will be able to help you . for example what is the error message message ?, do other plugins work ? , the image you are using etc , anything that you think would be useful .
hi just to update ive had tsmedia 8.0 in my box a week now and so far the problem hasnt re occurred .
it should work on any enigma2 box regardless of the image used .
mfaraj for me youtube works if i do a search for videos using virtual keyboard . but if i for example open TOP RATED and select ALL or any of the options no videos appear ,all i get is a message saying NO VIDEO FOUND . but as i say youtube does work if i do a search ,so maybe the posers above are having the same problem .
when the plugin is opened select the icon with the 3 cogs , scroll down the list of options and highlight CACHE LINKS M3U8 ? , if it says YES use the right button on your remote to change from YES to NO . then press green button to save , now exit this menu and try to view channels again , you should not see hdd full error now .
the problem is that the iptv player is set by default to cache m3u8 links , so when you are trying to open these channels the plugin is looking for a hdd , so obviously if you haven got a hdd attached to your box the plugin will display this error message . obviously if you have a hdd attached you dont need to change anything . as far as i can see there is no option to cache to usb (as in usb memory stick) , the only option is to cache to hdd , so if you have no hdd you must change the above setting .
just to update i have installed tsmedia 8.0 8bit from the file above , its been in my vu solo since yesterday . the problem i mentioned above takes a few days to appear (it took 5 days the last time ) so in theory aleast if the plugin works ok over the weekend the problem should i hope be solved .
Seem it stopped when new version put in server and when tsmedia know this small update icon
Should appear on top of main panel but for unknown reason the bh doesnot recognize this icon and produce error
install the new tsmedia and from tools skins install default skin

hi mfaraj as you will know from the other tsmedia thread i have had to revert back to tsmedia version 7.98 . as i said above i can download movies with no problem at all , my mount point for hdd is media/hdd and download location in tsmedia is also media / hdd . as i say i can download movies with no problems , but when i select download for youube and the download box appears it looks like it starts to download but after a second the download box disappears . what other mount point can i try ? .
hi mfaraj you may not remember but we tried this a few months back , it did not solve the problem , but newer versions of tsmedia worked ok . also the problem does not arise untill maybe a week after the plugin is installed , so its difficult to report if this problem is fixed untill several days have passed .that said i only installed tsmedia 7.99 on my friends box last wednesday evening and it stopped working for him and me last night , so it was ok only for 4 or 5 days max . i have uninstalled tsmedia 7.99 and gone back to 7.98 as this version worked fine for many weeks , so the problem does not exist in tsmedia 7.98 . i did try to update to the latest version 8.0 but i cant install it via tsmedia / tools for some reason .
hi mfaraj i can download movies from movie25 for example with no problem , so downloads of movies works fine , the only problem i have with downloads is when using youtube . on some versions of tsmedia i can download youtube fine but only on some , but for the last few versions i again can not download . but i will check what you recommend to be sure however i can check now as tsmedia has a serious problem , can you check the link below please ?. thanks mfaraj

mfaraj if you are here tsmedia 7.99 has a problem again . you may remember there was a problem with a few versions of tsmedia recenly when using blackhole image , the problem was that (after the plugin having worked fine for sevaral days) when you select menu and then select tsmedia that the tsmedia icon appeared and then disappeared after a few seconds and tsmedia fails to open . this also causes the box to stick , while the current channel remains on the tv pressing any button on the remote has no effect . the only sollution is to reboot the box via the button at the rear of the box . by the way i am using a vu+ solo with blackhole version 2.1.0.1 . is there a fix for this problem as it is getting very annoying ? .i realise there is a new version tsmedia 8.0 but there is little point in installing that only to have the same issue occur , if the new version is a fix for this problem i would of course try it . but if not i will be re installing tsmedia 7.91 and then upgrading to tsmedia 7.98 , the reason for this is that versions of tsmedia above tsmedia 7.91 wont install since this problem has started occuring , so you have to go back to aleast 7.91 in order to install tsmedia and then update to 7.98 which works ok . mfaraj i would appreciate any help you can provide , thanks for any help .
mfaraj again youtube downloads dont work , atleast not for me using blackhole image . also if you try to play a youtube video that is one hour or more long tsmedia crashes . it would be great to have these fixed mfaraj , thanks for your time and hard work .
hi hasbahca i am using the english version of your plugin , version 49.00.01.00 . in he last few days if i open a list for example int_sports all i ge is
webstream>int_sports
no items to display press ok to refresh
this happens with most lists , but i can select hasbahca full list and the lists work . can this be fixed ? i mean can i update the plugin ? can i update from the plugin to a new version or is there a new english version i can download ? . thanks
also some channels have english audio option available but i am unable to select english audio , if i try to select english audio the channel stops and starts again . some other channels buffer a bit and and start and play ok for a short time , and then they buffer again making it hard to view , is there any methods in the plugin i can try to fix or improve these problems ?.
lastly hasbahca can i play my own channel lists using your iptv player ? , i mean for example can i add an m3u file or similar to my box and view the channels in it using your iptv player ? . hasbahca thank you for your hard work and your excellent iptv plugin , i really like the plugin thank you .
