If you follow the instructions in the main thread about Xstreamity

and your IPTV is a XtreamCode playlist all should work just fine with DreamOS.

You just need to paste your external link to your .m3u into the playlists.txt file found in /etc/enigma2/xstreamity

Here is an example of how the link should look. Just change the domain name and portnumber given by your provider

Same with username and password

http://provider.com:portnr/get.php?username=your_username&password=your_password&type=m3u&output=ts

You need to restart Enigma2 to load your changes

What protocol are you sharing with?? And Animal Planet Europe HD is not a Valid package

Channel name is only Animal Planet HD on 0.8 west

If you want to use Open Images like ATV then the Vu+ is the best choice

If you want to use DreamOS Images like GP4.1 DreamElite Merlin Peter pan Newnigma and so on then the Dreambox is the best choice

But there is a big difference in the use between Open Images and DreamOS.

If you are not custome to DreamOS then the transfer to DreamOS can be pretty up hill

When it comes to the hardware they are pretty equal so none of then will performe better then the other.

I was maybe a bit unclear in my irony comment about dreambox an vu+

The Open Images for Dreambox is often just a modify version of the Vu+ image

My point was. If you buy a Iphone and then the first you want to do is to change it into an Android

It would be better to buy and Android phone in the first place...

Same why buy and Dreambox who are made for DreamOS when you want to use an Open Image.

Then the Vu+ would be a much better choice since it's made for the Open Images

Personal I do not get why people buy and Dreambox when the first they want to do is to flash a Vu+ image

Put your dreambox into Rescue mode

If it has a image and can be started just gå to Menu >> Standby and Restart >> Recovery Mode

In the display you will see the IP Adress of your Dreambox.

With your Internet Browser just open that IP Adress and you find the flash tool.

If you can not start your dreambox then you can put it into RescueMode by turning on the main power switch on the back

And press + hold the standby button with in 500ms after you powerd on your dreambox.

In the display you will see the IP Adress of your Dreambox.

I am not sure how fare KiddaC has come on the next version.

But I have created a personal modd where I can also add Enigma2 sources to import and create bouquets.

For me this works very nice since some of the Sports channels I like needs an CI Module and card.

Now I can easy import them as streams also from Jedi to my other boxes in the house.

I setup an old Vu+ with CI slots and share from that box

There is of cause already options for this in both OE-A and DreamOS but now I can do it direct from Jedi along with my IPTV

I added also the option so you can import even transcoded e2 streams from both inside your network and outside.

I am sorry to announce that we again has been banned from gutemines feeds plugin.

For no reason at all and with no real explaining what is wrong this time we have been banned.

This will of cause effect all you who now using his plugins with image Peter Pan DreamOS (OE 2.6).

The box will stop working and need a full reflash if you do not uninstall his feeds plugin.

Only way out is to not upgrade any of the plugins but instead uninstall the feeds plugin and all the plugins by gutemine.

That should save you from a full flash needed.

Have you try whet dpkg is suggesting? run the command dpkg --configure -a

Okey but if you use an iptv epg online service you can timeshift in the settings there instead.

The you do not need this script at all.

I have tested on my Dreambox 900 and Dreambox One DreamOS image and all works just fine if you follow the instructions from post nr1

But again cron want be setup proper so that has to be done manual.

So better to add the timeshift where you create your epg source

What box and what Image are you using ???

Since you have a Dreambox One that is working.

Have you try and switch place with the Two so you can rule out any issues with cables from your sat dish?

That's strange becaus both has the identical HW so what is working on the One should also work on the Two.

If you now how to create a log file it might help to see what's going on when you tune into this channel?

This beam is so far under my horizon that I have no clue. Does the same freq work on any other stb then Dreambox Two?

If you have Audio then there are only 2 options why this is not working.

1. You do not have the proper encryption card and the channels are HW paired and need an CI+ Module

2. VideoCodec is not supported by the Dreambox Hardware. But according to Lyngsat that should not be the issue

Also saerdnast if with "lists" you refer to the bouquets then you just fine transfer them with your Webif, Dreambox Edit or E-Channelizer.

But for EPG you also need to transfer the source files from your /etc/epgimport between your boxes.

I always store my playlists.txt file on the HDD in a folder named iptv.

This is nice. Then both Jedi and Xtreamity share the same playlists.txt.

If you also create a simple netwotk share of the folder you can also access this from all your devices in your home network :)

I have experince the same issue

For me it works to use levi45 Oscam builds with out emulator

Maybe levi45 can point you to the same Oscam for your Box and Image ;)

Is it a Nordic (Allente) Card you have?

Well if you get the sources make a backup of them so you can restore them.

Also wait until KiddaC is online. You should pm him your source so we can figure out why just that source creates your issues.
