I assume a new box with same image as you where custome to would be a good choice.

I personal do not use Kodi or Plex but most images support both

IPTV Epg sources are almost never complete like the sources you get from your Sat Provider.

So don't excpect that all epg will populate. Contact your provider and ask them to update their source.

There you also always find the latest version of Jedi so you are sure the plugin is up to date.

For EPGImport to work proper your provider needs to have theur EPG source proper setup.

But first of all upgrade Jedi from tha main Thread and try again.

The correct way is to uninstall from Terminal

apt-get remove enigma2-plugin-extensions-epgimport-mod-dorik197

Then reboot

Now to make sure there is no leftovers from current dpk session run the

dpkg --configure-a
apt-get install -f

do a quick restart of enigma2 and try again to install the plugin

Well I would say in the past date is 2021 and we are in 2022 now.

But he has some already broken dpkg installations so before installing anything more clean up with this commands

 dpkg --configure-a
apt autoremove

They have the Graphic hardware for GUI up to 2160 so does all 4K boxes. But it would not be a good thing to load maybe 30-50mb of pngs into the memory. This would make a heavy impact on the performance and not really produce a better or a more sharp look of the GUI

If it's loaded from an external sdcard there should be no changes to the boot partition and would be safe to test

But I don't have this box so I don't now how you load the Android for this box.

For users of Vu+ who make the transistion to Dreambox Dream-Elite is maybe a good starting point since that image is very simular to Blackhole and OpenBlackhole when it comes to how your RC is used and to find your Bluepanel and Greenpanel.

Flashing is very easy. From menu set your box in Recovery Mode and follow the instructions on the TV screen

But as a saftey in the Flash tool allways uncheck the 2 smal boxes for Backup and Restore settings.

They are allways checked by default. But if you have any broken settings you will allways restore the same issues again.

Well we have to thank KiddaC the whole skin is based on his amazing slyk-q skin and his Toppicks mod

Then KiddaC is correct the skin has corrupted some of the core files and you need to reflash your box

At least it's better if your provider is not proper setup for Enigma2

You can ask your provider to check it out also and ask if they are fully supporting enigma2

After a massiv request from users and friends over the years I have finaly hade some time to convert the popular SkyQ skin to DreamOS and image Peter pan

I choose to not use the original sky blue colour but whent for a darker colour. It's still in beta testing so anyone who want to try it should be aware that your box can crash ;)

I will add styles to the skin later so the correct skyblue background can be chosen among with with other setups.

Skin is based on the slyk-q-1080 by KiddaC and his amazing toppicks mod is what gives the skin it's nice look.

Skin only works on Peter Pan image and can only be installed from the PP Extensions menu.

Yes but now IMPORTANT!!! do not backup and restore any settings while switching images or you can endup with a dead box

Have you installed the drivers and firmware for the Xbox tuner?? look for the dib0700 drivers and firmware in the feeds

Python is just a coding language, The most common used was the py 2.7 but as devs got older and the younger devs took over, They of caused was schooled in py 3. So the natural move for image builders was to move from 2.7 to 3. But to be honest the python 3.9 is already 11 years old so it's not something new ;)

1. For your Dreambox there is no advatage to install a python 3 image. You will probably endup at some point wit the red light.

2. OE 2.5 is also at it's end of the rope. And without me spreading to much rumors. It will be replaced by OE 2.6 at some time.

Most good plugins is today both py 2.7 and 3 compatible so I suggest you stick to the supported images based on OE 2.5

Looks like deleting the skin has not change the settings file and therefore your box is not defaulting to skin_default

Skin = AeonFHD_MOD/skin.xml

Just startup the box and with ftp go to folder /usr/share/enigma2 and create a folder named AeonFHD

Now copy the skin.xml file from one of your working skins into that folder.

This can easy be done from ftp just download the skin.xml file from /usr/share/enigma2 and then upload to the folder /usr/share/enigma/AeonFHD

As soon as the bootloop stops change to a working skin and your box should operate normal again
