Ultra UE & New X3 not working with New hybrid Tuner and dual hybrid???

Hello,

I have a new ultra UE and X3 from gigablue but it only scans/works with satellite and terrestrial. I have tried all 3 different tuner types.

1) hybrid tuner
2) hybrid t2 tuner
3) hybrid twin tuner

none of them scan cable with ABM (autobouquetmaker) or normal cable scan. i have selected OpenTV proivders sly and Rytec vm uk. still doesn't work. It says 'time out for tuner lock'. I know ABM is ok because the tuner does not scan with standard automatic or manual scan. it only finds satellite.

i have tried with openvix openatv and the offical firmware image. no luck!

any help here?? ;(

OK i had tried Lraizer autobouquetmaker and still no joy. Its really strange as no image works on the cable tuner side. when i try the exact same setup on a vu+ model it works a treat. i'm 100 percent using the correct cable tuner.

I decided to reflash the image again for the Gigablue Ultra UE to: OPENVIX 3.2 37 build. Hopefully the images attached may help you guys to get an idea of my setup.

What i had found is that it will only find 19 channels from 33% scan onwards at qam256.

I also get time out for tuner lock when it reached vm scan via autobouquetmaker or Lraizer option. i know its seperate issue from a cable scan but thought id mention this in case it helps
