Card pairing

    Trying to move my second card to sd box which was originally in hd box but $$$ are insisting I change the box to another hd not sd. Tried call back but getting error.
    Using white card and Thomson model dsi4214r.
    Any help in pairing without calling them please.

    you will need the info from stb off-course and if you are 1 digit out on SD add a zero to beginning or end
    cant mind of top of my head sure its a front though , you will need the info from the SD receiver with the card installed to it
    the info can be found you will need in menu system .
