DM800HD Help Needed Please setting up tuner for 28.2 east

I have a DM800 HD that was running ok upto a few weeks ago but I'm now getting no channels at all.

Tried a rescan but getting error message of Nothing to Scan.

When I go into Tuner Settings its showing nothing connected.

When I gonto Satfinder everything is on 0.

Can any of you guys point me the right direction of what the issue might be ?

My dish is aligned ok as it's working on my paid sub box in another room in the house.

Box is running Enigma II, Blackhole Dream Elite, CCcam 2.1.4

Hi mate ,1)this box as has no channels ,you can send the channels strait way with dreamset don't need to scan,2)if other box is runing that's mean that box must be active and this one passive ,you can configuration the same as other box have on configuration , so you have dual way lnb ,you are motorise system or single dish , please let ask know ,

If you only have one set feed set mode to single and setelite to Astra 2 28.2 then you can scan but you should be fine than

your box has lost its satellites config. you should chose your satellittes on this menu.583a8.jpg

when you scroll down to satrllite use arrow buttons change from nothing connected to 28.2e or whatever you want

Mate ,you haven't choose nothing ,you do exactly how you can see my config then you can scan ,but it will be better to install the ABM, if you cannot do it , let me know i do for you with teamviwer from here everything ,just let me know

ok after checking with him , for me issue is the switch i advice him to connect direct and setup single

Here with this screen shot you are close, just highlight satellite like on this screen shot and keep pressing right til fine Astra 28.2 then prise green button to save , the you are cool after,other way i can help you as i said ,
