Hi,
I'm using U4 box in Brazil, trying to use DVB-C.
DVB-S2 is working fine!
My DVB-C network uses QAM-256 and SR5217 and the pre-defined config do not find any channel in Brazil. How can I add this information? make a manual scan?

you may need a netID for to scan correct for example here is UK its netID n symbol rate that you scan against

ive not checked yet for uk cable but i should be able to test a bit this weekend wheni am free :)
dont know if it willbe same issues as you are getting but ill se hwta i fondout :) -
Brazil uses DVB-C Annex-B which is not supported by U4 demodulator.
