    M8, PurE2 version is carefully compiled without the security holes, plus equipped with a more advanced version of FFMpeg and it has everything necessary for it to work....


    Install if from PurE2 MENU > Plugins > green button > Extensions > E2iPlayer > restart, then configure the plugin and see.... :)


    Just remember NOT to update the plugin from within the plugin!


    Only via PurE2 > SW Update!

    Now this is all I am getting - both zadmario and pkteam versions

    I can install ffmpeg from packages but IPTV Player does not install Exteplayer then.

    Install PurE2 and you will have it all in a jiffy!

    When you install streaming (movie and series) FNC plugins you will also get:

    -Media Player 2

    -ServiceApp

    -FFmpeg

    -SubSupport


    Then install E2iPlayer as well and it should all work fine...


    E2iPlayer, SubSupport, FFmpeg are tailor made, the most advanced versions (some of them), specially skinned (some of them) for PurE2 etc.

    Thanks but I am more familiar with OpenPli.

    Anyway now managed to make it work.

    Had to remove the installed FFmpeg and exteplayer3. Updated system and ran the PKteam script again. This time it worked and installed the proper ffmpeg.

    After running IPTVPlayer again, it installed the new Exteplayer3 and now system is working perfectly.

    i’am still using a old version (2019.12.05.01) of e2iplayer on openatv 6.4.

    Not mutch is working on this moment.


    when i read this topic i read that most of the links not working and you see errors.

    Can somebody pls help me with a work around / steps to install a recent version of e2iplayer + pycurl + Ffmpeg + exteplayer3

    The raiplay plugin is very slow when opening many files, for example in RAI 1 live and in replay.

    In other files the speed is good, for example in Regional TV.

    I use VPN Manager and I have Surfshark. I have a 300 Mb internet connection.

    I connect to a server in Milan with 30,400 pings.

    You are not giving us all the relevant details...


    I do not use E2iPlayer... I do not have Raiplay... We have no idea how good is RAI's server and how many users they have...


    We have no idea how good the Surfshark Milan server is...


    ...and so on and on...

    As I am unaware of these technical issues, I will not give you more technical details.

    I have installed surfshark on the PC, and the same thing happens in enigma 2 with VPN manager.

    He thinks it has to do with the surfsharck servers in Milan and Rome.

    ...if you have read it bevor... dont know why but it run again... no crash. i switch to the standard server do a reboot an run.. can download the undertitel parser and categories dont crash.... now i have to find out how e2captcha works... got an account and ener my api key.. but dont sure if its works.. how can i test it?
