Just reinstall again m8 if you have removed it just ftp the files to /tmp and instal via blue button then vix/install local extensions then gui restart if you are still on Vix image
if you have installed the plugin correctly you should press blue button to see the webbrowser menu
to install the keyboard just plugin the usb dongle and do a full box reboot and the keyboard will work once the box re-boots as the drivers are built into the image

Ive just loaded this http://linuxsat-support.com/cl…t-mediatv-webbrowser.html to the temp folder but when i reboot i cant see the file i put in on the blue button.

Did you reboot as soon as you ftp'd the file over to the box? you should not need to do this, ftp the file to the temp folder then install the add-on,then you would need to restart the gui.

Hi Thanks, i ftp`d the file i downloaded the above to the temp folder then i rebooted, tbh im not sure about installing the add on? i looked on the blue button but dont have the option to view my browser like i did before.

I have tried to download this http://linuxsat-support.com/cl…99-plugin-webbrowser.html and put it in the temp folder but when i look in my local extensions nothing is there to install, im at a loss here.

Have you got TS panel installed? if you have try to download the add-on directly from there, this will save you having to ftp the file over to your temp folder and then installing it manually.
If you don't have TS panel on your box yet here is the link for it.

Ok thanks Mckee i will download the TS Panel.. do i ftp to my temp file then look im my local extensions..? Im new to this so thanks for being patient,beer10

No problem geordiewhite,
To install ts panel, ftp it to your temp folder,i am not 100% familiar with the vix image,i have only used it a couple of times myself, but you should have a menu called "add-ons" might be accessed through the green button then yellow, when you access the "add-ons" menu you should have a option in there to manual install "ipk" files,in there should be the file for TS panel that you FTP'd over to the temp file.Select this (press ok to install),then it should tell you to restart the GUI.
Give it a go!!
