how do I make a line in oscam to test in oscam

Hi all I'm a newbie I'm looking for some help please I've managed to put oscam and cccam on an old i7 pc got 2 omnikey 3121 readers installed where do I go from here how do I make a line to test in oscam before handing them out to family members and close friends all help will be appreciated sorry if it's the wrong section looking forward to your help guys
