I don`t think there is anything you can do.
There is no information about your card, so we can`t recommend trying anything else.

If the smartcard is paired to the official decoder don`t waste your time trying it in oscam, it won`t work.
If you were trying the web-interface with my link it won`t work.
ip.of.dm800:8888 is the ip address of the dm800 followed by the http port which is 8888
so if your dm800`s ip address is 192.168.1.1 paste this into a browser http://192.168.1.1:8888
I use this ip:http://192.168.100.2/# to access web interface but i can't view any channels throught this web interface and all the channels and provider were displayed on the screen please procure solution to my problem

What you are accessing is the openwebif plugin, not oscam.
Use this http://192.168.100.2:8888
If that doesn`t work try a different broswer or double check oscam is actually running.
You can start oscam in telnet /usr/bin/oscam -b
