Hi,
My box has turned on and is now stuck on boot logo. can't work with the remote or turn off with blue button on front.
I don't use the box much, it has VTI image on it for more than a year.
Is there a fix or do I return it to the supplier ?

you have bootloop try another image, vix is good.
Simply turn it off from back side and turn it on again
Update
I've tried several different images and my problems are getting worse
Is there are hard factory reset, I'm have problems with my internet and I think its down to the box as well.
If you use dcc click telnet and type:
init 4
FTP to /etc/enigma2 and delete the file named "settings"
in telnet do this:
init 3
you will get the wizard to configure your settings again..
Flashing a new image will format internal flash, then write the new image.
No need to do a hard factory reset..
Hi,
did as instructed in last post, couldn't find a file named "settings" in /etc
so we will see if that has cured my issues
I tried 5 different images this morning and most had issues crashing, that is why I think the issue is with the box rather than the image.
/etc/enigma2 > settings
Cheers Master G,
Every time I flash a new image I do configure my settings again, in other words I don't have a backup.
Yesterday I did a factory reset but still the box crashed, I have to assume there is an issue with the hardware
Hello scooby doo,
I have the same problem with my Solo 2, Pli 4 and Openatv is to me a stable image, and also try to install the fancontrol 2 put 4Pin, I hope it works

hi if u have vu solo 2 try ipab.tv build based on open atv 5.3 go to the web same name ipab.tv is only one build for vu solo 2 run perfect for me i have to add usb for plugins initialise first before setup plugins .
Try flashing it with the original Vu+ image (attached) before you do anything else. Install that and see how it goes..... If that works for you then try one of the other images available.
Hi,
Well I got to the bottom of my problems.
The box was crashing and my internet was unstable, to the point were my ISP sent me a new router.
I changed my hostname, reconfigured my router and no issues since.
My box had been hacked.
Quite nasty really, but hopefully my problems might help someone else resolve their issues quicker than I did.
Thanks to everyone who submitted their thoughts and ideas
