PowerVu Not Opening Dm800Se - Please Help

Hi there

have been trying to open Powervu Channels on intelsat19 with no luck using my Dm800se.

If anyone could please have a look at my log and my configs which are attached below and help me i would be so grateful.

Remove all the readers from oscam.server. oscam-emu creates a reader itself for emulator.

Rest of your configs look fine.

If you`re not acting as a server use softcam.

I can`t test that satellite so can only suggest keys from here -> SoftCam Keys

ok kool well i removed the servers as you suggested and this is my log now. I am not exactly sure what is missing

i think the main error is

ok i got the emu up and running now on openpli 6.0 in my dm800se but i am getting this now. (i am using oscam as softcam)

If your using a clone your going to need to use stream relay as the hardware is different enough from the original to need to do so.

Dont see anything wrong with those.

You do know with stream relay it wont open the scanned in channel you need to add the stream source to your bouquet under IPTV settings ?

no i didn't know that how do you do that . Also how do i know if the keys are correct and if tjey are in the correct format because of this

I also wnet to my webif in openpli 6.0 and there is no option for the stream relay in the webif under customise

To test go to a powerVU channel via your webinterface 9 east as those keys have not changed in a while.

Select stream and download the m3U file, open this in notepad++ to show the details.

Now fire up Dreamboxedit and create a new bouquet lable it powervu then add the the channel to that bouquet under the IPTV protocol.

Now the above assumes you have some knowledge and this is a very long winded process so try if you get stuck ill chirp back in.

i cant test that satellite as i am in Australia and out of range also my cband dish is honed into Intelsat19 and its fixed (no motor)

ok i have placed these configs in my oscam and replaced my old configs . the Softcam.keys file is in /etc/tuxbox/config/oscam/

i went to type the IP_of _your_box and go to settings >> customise >> and check the box Include ECM in http streams but the option is not there in openpli 6.0

i am also using

oscam-svn11391-openpli40-webif-emu (is that the correct one ?)

Would you recommend a different image or different oscam

Thats the latest version assuming it has the powervu patch applied this attached has.

Now you need to make the channel list. It does require the ECM in http streams setting. Not used that image but maybe it can be set via the images webinterface.

i found openpli 4.0 and install andi first checked if it has the options for ECM in http streams setting and it does. I am putting in the rest of the configs now
i also noticed that this image has softcam and cs so if i wanted could i use oscam as cs and cccam or mgcamd to softcam as u would a normal server with nline in cccam.cfg or cws in newcamd.list ?

Oscam is the cam these days for CS and can handle nlines , it will also be needed for PowerVU and the Softcam.key file.
