RSA and BOX

Need help using my Nagravision kudelski card with my enigma2 receiver. Oscam is unable to read the card and its asking for the RSA & Box Key. Can anyone help me regarding this. Getting this is the log

Hello....the stb from which i had to take the dump used a BGA24 chip. Have little knowledge regarding how to take the dump. Any help?
