  • hello

    i ve searched around on the forums for the config and information for sly New zealand . i cant find any ....

    i wanted to just know good config, as i ve got the blue xx45 card running good on my vu duo box (vix image). i want to know how long the entitlements run for says too may 15 .

    thanks

  • Below is the wiki for oscam Cards List, not sure if your smartcard has been tested yet, so there are no working configurations.

    Code
    http://streamboard.gmc.to:8001/wiki/CardsList

    thanks for the list ,i have come across that site before and there's nothing with sly nz in it

  • Hey Cokeman,

    As you know I've got Sly NZ working with a blue xxx45 card with all the HD channels including Soho. My oscam/Acamd/MP config seems to work fine, with quick channel changes and it seems reliable, but I'm concerned that I can't get the entitlements to update. I've got all the reader/user settings done and I'm blocking the global EMMs, but a) I don't know when they send out the EMMs and b) I don't know whether the NDS Videoguard 2 setup follows that of Sly UK and the rest of Europe. I, like you, am keen to see if anyone else out there has a fully working updatable NZ system (that can actually decode Soho HD anytime of day as mine works in the morning but not at night time!).

    EDIT:// Forgot to mention that altough I'm running windows Oscam, the settings seem fairly common across the board!

  • Hi Benoire, could you post your working oscam configs please buddy.

    Sure thing buddy, will do it shortly. It pretty much follows the Sly UK ones. I would be interested to see if anyone can critique it though for possible issues. Do you want the output from the initial Oscam load up, to show what it is doing?

  • Hi

    It appears that I am also suffering the same problems with entitlements as Cokeman looking at his screenshot. I've uploaded a rar file containing both my entitlmetns and also a screen grab of a channel that is intermittent with access.

    I have two questions regarding the setups I think we're both using bearing in mind I'm in windows and Cokeman is on linux so it must be a config issue rather than os based issue:

    1) I've got the reader and autoupdate setup correctly according to the wiki and help files I've read, the log for Oscam states that AU is on but I do not know if the system is actually recieving entitlments. I'm not sure I've set my log directory up correctly, but I did see it try to write an EMM bin file last night.

    2) I've got a very weird problem with a particular channel. This channel is called Soho and sometimes works, most often it doesn't. I am fully subscribed, and placing in Sly box it works fine but in the HTPC it comes up with the channel not subscribed message most often... However this morning, I was able to view the channel fine for one program but then it suddenly disappeared when it changed to another... I can't believe that Sly would be able to send updates for each program on the guide on this channel?

    Below are the configs I am using:

    ##Oscam.server##

    [reader]
    Label = Omnikey
    Device = 0
    Protocol = PCSC
    Caid = 096A #can support more than one caid seperated by comma
    Detect = CD #CD, DSR, CTS, RING, NONE
    Cardmhz = 357 #std smartcard freq
    Mhz = 357 #overclocking mode
    Group = 1
    EMMCache = 1,3,2
    blockemm-unknown = 1
    blockemm-s = 1
    blockemm-g = 1
    saveemm-unknown = 1
    saveemm-u = 1
    saveemm-s = 1
    saveemm-g = 1

    ##Oscam.user##
    [account]
    user = viewer1
    pwd = password1
    disabled = 0
    group = 1
    uniq = 0
    sleep = 0
    monlevel = 2
    au = omnikey
    caid = 096A
    ident = 096A:000000
    cccmaxhops = 10
    keepalive = 1

    [account]
    user = viewer2
    pwd = password2
    disabled = 0
    group = 1
    uniq = 0
    sleep = 0
    monlevel = 4
    au = omnikey
    caid = 096A
    ident = 096A:000000
    cccmaxhops = 10
    keepalive = 1

    ##Oscam.config##
    [global]
    logfile = /dev/tty
    nice = -1
    preferlocalcards = 1
    saveinithistory = 1

    [monitor]
    hideclient_to = 15
    appendchaninfo = 1

    [newcamd]
    port = 15000@096A:000000
    key = 0102030405060708091011121314
    allowed = 127.0.0.1
    keepalive = 1

    [webif]
    httpport = 16000
    httpuser = admin
    httppwd = admin
    httprefresh = 5
    httpallowed = 127.0.0.1
    httphideidleclients = 1

    Like Cokeman, any help is greatly appreciated!

    Chris

  • yeah sum-thing to do with the epg seems to open the channel btw i am not subscribed to these channels no more after last months $1 deal finished but all these channels are still running, movies ,rialto (currently running free for a few days for promo) soho and star plus ...

  • Rightio,

    Good evening fellas. Just wanted to say that as of today (at some point) my entitlements updated by 3 weeks! So I know that my config works at present for ND$ based Sly NZ xxx45 cards (blue ones) using an Omnikey reader and Oscam for windows. I'm presuming that this would mean any linux build using a similar config would also work?

    Cheers,

    Chris

  • Right so I've got a particular channel both in SD and HD which is not clearing correctly, sometimes it works other times it doesn't. The error in Oscam is the 'channel not subscribed' error. Would setting up Provider and Service IDs for all the available channels help with the situation? I'm really confused by it as at about 7pm it was working great and would switch between both SD and HD and other channels no problem but right now it refuses to decrypt even thought I'm subscribed and the Sly website confirms it.

    Cokeman, can you view Soho at all?

    Cheers,

    Chris

  • my soho works 90% of the time and i ve never seen the HD one working on it ,fars i think its still blank every other channel works good its only the soho i have trouble with ....

  • You would be better making a separate thread mate.

  • I too am experiencing the exact same issue on sly nz and for soho... like it'll be there for a week, then it'll disappear one day... then couple hours later it'll be back....

    I was running oscam 8538 just svn updated to see if this fixes it, but just wondering if any one found a fix for this issue??
