Use 7-zip to unpack it. Archive "data" will appear, unpack it too to get "usr" and "CONTROL" folders.
Then copy these two folders to root directory of your box.

install the Plugin extension tar.gz or Unzip ipk by 7z & add it with program DCC or other
to the following path
usr /lib/ engima2 / python / Plugin / extensions
Then restart your Reciver
