smargo ubuntu config help please

i
have set up Ubuntu server with the help of the guide from Ten Below and it working a treat i have a line that i have a re share on and that works fine my dm8oo in another room gets hops 2
when i put my smargo in with my s88 uk card it cc cam will not read it
i have ran the lsusb command and think it is on usb 2 or 3 so have configured cc cam for both but i think i am missing something here are my scripts with a few things edited for obvious reasons

now got it working hope it updates the card
the sargo showed us 003 Device 002: ID 0403:6001 Future Technology Devices International, Ltd FT232 USB-Serial (UART) IC
but set it to SERIAL READER : /dev/ttyUSB0 smartreader+ after running dmsg command
weird

can anyone point to a link of good maintenance and clean up scripts
