I have been seeing some issues with this, particularly depending upon the skin being used.
If using Metrix skin or MetrixHD skin then then it is available for me. Other skins that I have tried are however not offering the option.
I wish I knew the answer.............. Open-ATV (and builds that rely upon their repositories) seem to be very inconsistent just at the moment.
Working fine for me using matrix on 6.3 but not available with some other skins.
Install and use the backupsuite plugin if your missing local image flashing options, it still uses the Ofgwrite Flashing Tool, so is fully compatible with your previous backups :-)

Hello, please, how to install another image (OpenPLi) on STARTUP 2 (3,4) on Zgemma H7S ? I have "Basic" firmware OpenATV 6.3, but I cannot install another (additional) image. Manual - install from Local - not work on OpenATV after 01.06.2019.
Can somebody help?
