Oscam 11523 on Openatv getting cw's but no video/audio

As in the subject. On a mio 4k. Have had a few channels change sats on this side of the pond. I have a couple that are getting control words in the softcam panel.
But no audio or video. Yesterday I tried the recent configs that are posed here. Nothing negative seen on channels that will open.
But the same ones that get control words and no a/v still will not.
I'm still grasping oscam and how it works, so any tips would be a big help.

I left the channel on for over an hour. CW's, no audio/video.

Thanks. It looks like the tp isn't sending any a/v at this time.
Next step is to figure out how to read the ts to verify if it is or not.

For starters, rescan the transponder, in case they are doing changes in the channels.
