IPTV Picons!

There is the hard way and the very hardway to do this if of cause you are not using only UK channels ;)

The hard way is to get whats called service name picons. This means that your IPTV channels need to be named

exactly the same as the corresponding Sat TV Channel.

If Satname for channel is: Animal Planet HD and your IPTV Channel is named AnimalPlanet FHD the picon want work

Then you have to change the name of the picon from animalplanethd.png to animalplanetfhd.png and it will work.

Then you have the really hard way as described above. Assign one and one picon to one and one IPTV Channel.

This take a long time if you have many channels. but when done you have both picons and epg working.

For UK channels just use JediMakerXtream and choose use rytec source in settings and all picons service named (snp picons)

I accully use jenseneverest multimega snp picons ;)

Here is an example to maybe better explain the diffrence between Sat TV Picons and IPTV Picons

First picon is Viasport 1 on satellite with service referance as name this is standar picon name

Name of picon is 1_0_1_77F0_2C3_600_E080000_0_0_0.png

This is the same picon but now it is change to service name picon instead. This naming of picon works best for IPTV

I also see in your screenshots that you use gstreamer 5001 as your player

and thas no problem but not all images have support for service referans picons other then regular DVB1

So first rebuild your playlist but choose DVB1 as your player then at least your IPTV Channels will get the right

service referance starting with 1_0_1

Dont give up we are getting there :)

If you have the premium license for E-Channelizer you have the function to assign epg & Picons.

Some manual correction is needed but it works very well.

If you have only the free licens then there is a trick to use. Takes some more work

If you open your IPTV Favorite boquets you can see your channels in the right window and in the left wirndow you can see alle satellite channels.

From the left window first mark the corresponding channel and hold your CTRL button on your keyboard.

Now just drag and drop the channel into the same IPTV channel in your right window.

This copy the epg ref and picon ref from the satellite channel and assign it to your IPTV channel

Now you can use rytec sources for epg and standard sat picons for your IPTV.
