[Plugin] VPN Manager

Tried proton vpn free servers its doenst work

I just downloaded the new OpenATV 7.3 and flashed it with Mutant HD66 4k,

only some plugins don't work yet, like my VPN Manager, which still works fine in 7.2

Can someone please help me?

openvpn manager does work with openatv 7.3 but not with all providers it may help if you say whay vpn you are using

What you think about for 7.3?
In Ovpn File:
cipher AES-256-CBC
change in
data-ciphers AES-256-CBC

In Config:
ncp-disable Delete?

you will just need to try it out yourself I do not have Cyberghost infact don't even have vpnmnager installed now i use wireguard plugin

After tried this changes, no success in 7.3...
I search for more information in web now

I did it like this with the VPN manager under OATV 7.3 with Cyberghost:

The VPN manager must be installed.

Create folder Media/hdd/vpn. Can also somewhere else...

Create and download the config file from Cyberghost.

Extract the Cyberghost zipped file and add a file called pass.file.

Insert user name in line 1 and password in line 2 and save in this file.

Open the file openvpn.ovpn with Notepad and delete the line ncp disabled. Then save again.

The openvpn.ovpn file can now be renamed - eg to CG_Schheiz.ovpn

Then all the stuff in the folder as above.

Select the correct path in the VPN manager and it should work.

Thank, is all OK with VPN-Manager, many thank, my problem in 7.3 is, Oscam works, is connected, but only SRF and ORF, SCY is dark...in 7.2 all is fine

And what do you mean to do with it?

In Config:

ncp-disable Delete?

You need to remove it from somewhere or add it to the config, since it is not in the config

If possible, please explain in more detail

cyberghost config files delete ncp-disable entry from file and save

or you can comment line out with # ncp-disable.

And where exactly in the config should I write this, in what line?

I do not have cyberghost so look in where your config files are stored open one up with notepad ++ and look for the line with ncp-disable

just edit to # ncp-disable and save file the select that config file when trying to connect.

I'm used OpenVPN and in my config there is no inscription ncp-disable and in general there is nothing to ncp...There is no such line in my config

are you using cyberghost because this is what the info was for.

I don't think you know what you are using ,they are all openvpn config files but from different vpn suppliers , i.e nordvpn , surfsharkvpn, cyberghostvpn, piavpn just some examples.

The same for me on OpenAtv 7.3. On OpenAtv 7.2 (SF8008) it worked flawlessly with the same config files. The error I get is: Cannot open TUN/TAP dev /dev/net/tun: No such file or directory (errno=2); Tun module is present in kernel but for some reason does not create the dir /dev/net/tun.
