    As Example ''M8S_PLUS_S905D_DVB_RS6060-ota-20190226.104739.V0213.zip'' is the Firmware for the old M8S plus.

Everything was done
But the same message appears for DTV 
can no you detect no demod \ tuner

But is there a file that solves this problem?
The same problem has already been solved by copying files in the k1pro receiver
th_dtv_new_tuner.zip

    The Mecool KI pro, KII pro and KIII pro was produced a long Time and the latest produced devices have different Hardware (Tuner etc) .

    User with old devices can't use the latest Firmware, the fixed it with the dtv.apk from the old firmware.

    But i don't think that this is your problem, i have never read that everyone with the Mecool M8S plus dvb-s or dvb-t has problems with different Hardware (Tuner).

    They have produced the 'M8S plus dvb' as 'Mecool M8S PLUS DVB S2 1GB 8GB Amlogic S905D' (40$) and now as 'Mecool M8S PLUS DVB S2 2GB 16GB Amlogic S905X2' (50$).

    I think your Problem is maybe a unsuccessfull Update.

    Was the box ok before you have updated ?


    As Example, i had the some problem (maybe like you) on the Mecool K7 (wlan not usable) with Firmware v2.20190831, after update with ota-file 'K7-ota-V2.20191015.113941' all looks ok, about/info says version v2.20191015 but the mistake/error was the same (wlan not usable). Only flash the Fullimage/Firmware 'K7_AVL6862-PPR1.180610.011-V2.20191015.113941.img' fixed the problem.

    You have the old version with S905D 1G.

    As I understand, the box work fine after flashing with amlogic usb burning tools. I have already use the same image in this link bellow to flash mines.

    Can I know why you want to update it?

    Ciao, mi puoi aiutare con M8S Plus S905X2 Con Android 9. non riesco ad entrare in Cccam per configurare. ho provato come con K2 Pro con 111111 e Non Va .............. ho provato a collegarmi in Oscam con Porta 8888 e 8080 e non mi fa entrare. non so che altro Fare. Ho Scaricato anche SuperCam.
