KEY_UP UP error with remote control on openatv 6.3 and 6.4

Hello, i am french and sorry for my English.

When move the channel for my remote control (up / down or other in the channel list ) have problems and have blue screen, this problems happen this days only .

What resolve this problems ?

Open atv 6.4, update yesterday to 6.3 but have the same problems
