one can use WebIf to capture image instead of us seeing that hope.xxx TV set and your room.

By me on Vu+ Zero 4K OpenATV 7.6 devel work not.
Sometimes even if the stream relay is not configured, the caid comes empty.check out two of the webif configurations.

Just by changing the bin, you get it to install via IPK and then it works with simple parameters.
But the 15.7 bin is important, without it, SoftCSA won't work.

Send bin only for how knows what he doing ?!

The new ncam 15.7 cannot work with dvb card like the 15.6 version.
impossible to connect it with mdvbapi.dll plugin in all dvb softwares ( dvbviewer, dvbdream, progdvb, altdvb......).

It immediately fails with: (dvbapi) socket connect error (errno=2 No such file or directory). This version is attempting to use a Unix Domain Socket (/tmp/camd.socket), which does not exist or work correctly in the same way on a Windows/Cygwin environment for mdvbapi.dll unless specifically configured.Note: dvb cards cannot use : -6 CA PMT Server its working only for enigma2

P.s: The ncam already built in with (libdvbcsa) but to make more sure and test ..
Try to install (libdvbcsa1) from image feed if available
Also in ncam.conf
Update [streamrelay] with these settings .. the restart e2 not ncam and test
