Bulgariasat 1.9 East Neosat Package

Does anyone know why there is no light on Bulgariasat 1.9 E, on the Neosat package? Thanks and I'm waiting for an answer.

just because it use's a caid the same as a package that oscam opens

doesn't mean it open every package

look at caid 0B00

many packages use it

but how many can you see

Thanks for the answer Technoddvl, still I do not understand why it does not open, until 2 months ago it was light on Neosat, now .... total darkness.

you add this line in oscam.dvbapi
