try using a good flash drive.download to computer, put on drive and then upload to tv,that what work for me.

yes it is webos can not install apk
and iptv smarters are not available on the app store (LG CONTENT STORE) -

I have it installed on mine 2019 version from lg store and working. trouble is cant refresh as no button!

Yes that's right, I had the same problem copn tv lg smart new in january 2021, they changed the lg store with the new tvs, it's not like the lg smart tvs of the previous series, if you find a lg tv of 2020 or older it will find in the store without problem otherwise you have to put smart iptv. I don't know if a solution has been found.
