help chmod 755

  • I want to install CCcam + Oscam Automated Installation for Ubuntu, but every time I try to chmod to 755 on the terminal, it goes wrong. I log in as root does not help.
    can anyone help me and give me comand, so I can put in the terminal? please anyone?
    can someone tell me, what is the comand as you write in the terminal to chmod the script

    chmod 755 thefileyouwant.sh


    Just ensure your in the correct directory


    And the file is present (type ls - list of files in the directory your in will be displayed)
