Made a test.
The server refuse the parameter ‑‑connect‑timeout even if I configure it to default value 60 . A protection side to the server ?
curl --connect-timeout 60 -o test.m3u "myurl"
And in reality the download start after 20~25 seconds without this parameter.

-m, --max-time <fractional seconds> Maximum time in seconds that you allow each transfer to take. This is useful for preventing your batch jobs from hanging for hours due to slow networks or links going down. Since 7.32.0, this option accepts decimal values, but the actual timeout will decrease in accuracy as the specified timeout increases in decimal precision.max-time concern the transfer not the connection
I did not write that this parameter is responsible for the connection time ... Carefully re-read what I wrote and delve into the logic of the curl documentation passage you provided

‑‑connect‑timeout - this parameter refers to the curl utility and is in no way passed in the request to the server
Is there a very short timeout with this new control. I have two big lists and for them I have now errors, not with the previous version
I fixed this .... While we were talking nicely about the usefulness of reading the documentation ... I also corrected the menu and all sorts of little things a little here and there. I'll probably post a small update tomorrow.
I think now the test I have to do and you want I do is in the Isik parameters. I will try for fun later ;-)

An idea of update.
When we use override process, we have now "new broadcasts" bouquets when new channels are detected corresponding to the diff file created. I would be usefull to load the epg for these channels too.

Ok I will verify again but they are always empty. Example: for pluto tv, new broadcasts have empty epg and if I put channels in the sort override the epg is OK.

It should work on any image .. Personally, I tested and use it on DM900UHD (Opendreambox & NewNigma2)

On DM800SE - should work on OpenATV or OpenPli ... Possibly also on the original DM image... Need to check... but I don't have a DM800SE =)

After verification, the epg is not available for new broadcasts bouquets, the logos are not added neither.
Another point, is it possible to consider an update that would update only one provider manually so without having to run the full update ?

Displaying logos is not a functionality of a plugin... It is a functionality of your skin or rather the Pycon.py renderer. As practice shows, the code of this renderer is not always written correctly and the logo will appear only after you restart the gui

For logos I wanted to say they are not generated with their e2 code.
