Why are are Linux boxes sat or iptv only 1gb ram max and only 32bit Linux ?

IHello,

I have been searching around for linux boxes that have more than 1gb ram and run 64bit os but cant seem to find any?

Is there a reason why there is this limitaton compared with Android Boxes?

Also boot up times on linux reciever is approx 1min but smart TVs with built in sat tuners boot up in 2-3 secs why is that?

Ah yes I should have said there are not many boxes with over 1gb ram but only a few.

The ones mentioned above accept the old Duo 4k are not 64bit linux to my understanding, but please correct me if im wrong?

Wish I knew earlier about Dreambox 1 and 2, specs look good but could not see any info about the linus os being 64bit?

Is anyone able to advise why Linux reciver bootup time and going straight into a SAT channel takes approx 1min when compared with a smart TV woth built in SAT tuner wich takes 2-3 secs ?
