thank you for the reply. maybe you can put the two signal bars where the time and date is and if possible of course put the time and date in a separate box in the top right corner of the screen.

There is no OpenPLi for dreamboxes. So better to know what unofficial image you are using? Then i can say is it available.

No. There are no ipk packages. The skin is intended to be installed only from the feed.

I have already answered. No ipks. Install only from feed of OpenPli, OpenViX, OpenBH.

You can use ajpanel to download any skin or plugin, form any image feed as ipk,

Pli Base images usually missing a lot of dependencies used by other plugins.
You have to install it manually,
opkg update && opkg install bzip2
Enigma2 skins for OpenPLI based images.
OpenPLi skins are also compatible with Cobralibero, NonSoloSat, OpenVision, SatDreamGR, SatLodge and teamBlue Enigma2 images.
