    Picons need to live a certain folder. Depending on your image.

    And you can only have 1 picon folder location. So use 1 locations delete the others.

    I am actually not to sure which python that box uses. Google doesn't help me either. Someone on here will know. I think its python 3.

    Hi Kiddac, as you suggested, I tried the list with the browser and Jedimaker Extreme. Everything works perfectly there, and all the series load. But when I use BMX, it doesn't load. If I install a different list, there are no problems; only one list isn't working. This is happening suddenly. I haven't had any problems until now, but it stopped working on Monday.

    I had an issue where I had set up Bouquets to update when the box starts. Now one of the bouquets went down/blocked on sat during football...so my box when it was switched on would not actually load past "updating playlist 1 of 2". The only way I managed to get round this was to ftp into the box and delete the playlists and then reboot the box. I then went and turned off the auto update bouquet thing and we are now all good again.

    Just thought i would post to make you guys aware and to also post my dirty workaround lol.

    Yes and we all know you may need vpn when football is on.

    The point was not the footy block lol. The point was the update loop and the fact that you could not even go to VPN if you desired. I have several lines and I forget which is good for footy and what is not so good and needs vpn or whatever....That was not the issue lol. Like I explained it was/is a heads up the dev has responded. I even posted a dirty workaround should anyone else do as I did. It's all good and me and most toddlers know about footy blocks and VPN's lol but thanks for your input.

    kiddac, finally i could install BMX and make a bouquet of my provider, but can´t open any chanel, "connecting...Couldn't find media type), what's wrong?

    When i had openatv it worked ok with bmx and this provider, so the problem is not the provider...

    With Jedi Maker, the situation is the same, ...connecting...Couldn't find media type

    This "Parsing Series" error people are seeing came about after all my experiments I was doing last month.

    Basically as Series are getting so big, I asked artificial intelligence the fastest way to download these files.


    Originally it just used requests library. Request library can be a little slow.
    So I tried download the get.php file via curl, if that failed it should download via wget, if that fails it reverts to requests library.
    Then it parses the data its download. This seems to be where it gets stuck. I can only assume those people who have this error have huge series.
    And maybe this data is too large to process.

    The more I look at that code I wrote, the more I dislike it. Its over complicated and ugly.


    I will give it a review and revert the code if necessary. That may be slower, but at lease it worked

    KiddaC , nbaykara21 is correct I just checked my bouquets and my last bmx updates were last night when I manually updated using version 1.67 on openatv 7.6


    But will also need to check other device downstairs its running version 1.61 with openatv 7.5.1 and i had to do manual scan today wife had no BMX bouquets. But that could be user error because she had bouquests last night :) will check her reciever in the morning.


    just going to move auto update time to test on 1.67.

    Ok on 1.67 I tried 3 times changing auto update time and it has not updated even restarted GUI and reboted reciever after changing time and bouquest have not updated still ones from last night .
