    KiddaC , small request if possible the option of picon download folder example,


    I have all picons in /media/usb/picon folder that is my default one when downloading picons BMX reads the picons and compairs to ones available to download so you can either overwrite existing ones or not.


    My problem is my picons have been edited with E2Piconizer and I don't want to download new picons to picon folder and then run then through E2Piconizer again. ( I don't know if this will reduce picon quality)


    I know you make list of downloaded picons and I could go and copy the ones downloaded to separate folder then run them through E2Piconizer

    But It would be easier if a choice of option to download picons to other download folder was available not just selection of path to where default is obviously it has to stay.

    Then you can just run the picons downloaded to the other folder through E2Piconizer in fact similar to you choice in E2Piconizer

    offline picon source i,e default picon folder and download location.


    And yes it still needs to read default picon path to get list of installed picons.

    KiddaC , I would like option for BMX to download picons to another folder. To keep newly downloaded ones separate from ones in picon folder so I can run them separatley through E2Piconizer.


    But still have BMX read default picon folder as usual so as not to download ones that already exist.

    I know that it's working with EPGImport. Unfortunately I can't find a version for my dreambox ONE that works properly.

    At the moment I'm using enigma2-plugin-extensions-epgimport_2.22.20210523.deb, but this one deletes all EPG data on start/restart.


    The Mod version enigma2-plugin-extensions-epgimport-dreamos_3.3_all.deb loads epg data but doesn't add to channel list.


    On my dm900 I don't have any problems...

    Change that

    os.path.exists(str(self.downloadlocation)

    to whatever your picon folder is.

    i.e

    ..only for my knowlege with the picon size, is it only possible, when the provider got this picons with this size? i only get small size downloaded

    Unfortunately I can only download what the provider has in their data for picons. I can make them smaller so they standard size (which I think I do). Making them larger will just make them blurry.

    I use ZZZPicons 400 x 200 pixels for picon size and 500kb max size with max width set to 1000px. See if that helps.

    Also in skin settings you can see aspect ratio and size of channel selection screen and graphical epg settings there’s picon width.

    Did you install it from ipk? You probably need to install the dipendencies. Install it from feeds the first time.
